1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit.

2. What cookies this site uses

This site is designed to work without tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. It does not include Google Analytics, social media pixels or profiling systems.

The only cookies that may be set are technical and strictly necessary ones:

• PHPSESSID - a session cookie used by the server to keep you logged in to the administration panel. It is only created when you access that panel and is deleted when you close your browser.

These cookies are exempt from the prior consent requirement, in accordance with article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

3. External content

Some elements of the site link to third-party services (YouTube for the stalls' videos, Google Maps for the location, Google Fonts for the typography, Instagram and WhatsApp). Videos and maps are not embedded in the page: they are links, so a connection to those services is only made if you choose to click them. When you do, their own cookie policies apply.

4. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that blocking technical cookies may prevent access to the administration panel, but it does not affect normal browsing of the site.

5. Changes to this policy

If in future we add tools that require non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and put a prior consent system in place before activating them.
