What is a refrigerated locker?
It is a system of smart lockers designed to keep your shopping in perfect condition until you can collect it. Each unit has independent compartments that hold the exact temperature every product needs: ambient, chilled (between 2 and 8 °C) or frozen (down to −20 °C). So whether you have bought fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, meat or frozen goods, everything reaches you in the same condition as if you had collected it at the stall itself.
The lockers also have hygiene and air purification systems that keep your shopping in a clean, safe environment at all times.

Bread, preserves, pickles and anything that does not need to be kept cold.

The trader prepares your shopping and puts it in the assigned locker, at the right temperature for the produce.
You receive a code or a notice when your order is ready to collect.

Each locker has a simple touchscreen that guides you step by step. If you still have a question or something goes wrong, market staff are available to help during opening hours, and you can also go straight to the stall where you placed your order.
